Meet Ladybug!
Lady is a little under a year old, spayed, and under 20lbs! We believe she is a Rat Terrier mix, but she seems fully grown. Lady is also fully crate and house trained! She currently lives with cats, kids, and other dogs and does great with all three!
Lady is the perfect family dog. She is happy to lounge around on the couch as long as she gets a quick lap around the block daily—but she’s just as happy being a little adventure buddy! She is a breeze on a leash, though is still training as she can let out the occasional bark when she sees a dog.
Lady can be slightly hesitant when first meeting other dogs, but loves to play and grows comfortable quickly! She has been on large pack walks with dogs of all sizes, male and female, and done great. She is very submissive, so she will need her new person to advocate for her space for her!
To say this girl is attached to her person is an understatement. Though she will quietly and patiently wait for her people to return home from work, she wants to be right by your side as soon as you’re home. She loves to crawl into your lap and give many, MANY kisses. Seriously, she’s a licker! Though Lady is friendly with other people, she always prioritizes her person.
Lady is travel size and rides well in a car. She can adjust to nearly any household with ease, but would do best with a family who wants to include their dog in everything they do! With the help of professional training, she would likely enjoy things like agility or therapy work.
